Fine Designs is a custom apparel company servicing sporting events on-site across the world! We focus on creating custom apparel for those participating, while fundraising for the organizations we partner with. Our Kentucky office is currently seeking motivated event sales staff to get paid to travel and work across the Midwest region.

As a sales representative you'll have the opportunity to travel throughout our region (KY, IN, TN, AL, GA) to promote custom on-site apparel at different types of sporting events. Types of events range from soccer, basketball, volleyball, and more. Each event is a unique opportunity to create custom memories for the athletes and spectators.

Each weekend we set out to various locations, set up our sales booth, and put the game face on (pun intended)!

Availability is set to your preference, whether you want to work every weekend or just once in awhile for supplemental income.

Independent Contractor Status:

Please read below very carefully to avoid any confusion about this position!

As an independent contractor, you are not considered our employee.

You are considered to be self-employed, your name is your business name!

You make your own schedule, tell us the weekends you are available to be under contract with us and if we have the slots available, you will get a contract for that weekend.

If you are not familiar with contractor status, please ask questions during your interview and our team would be happy to go further into detail.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 with a Valid Drivers License
• Ability to Travel Locally and Up to Distances of Several Hours
• Must be able to pick up to 50lbs. (boxes, heat press, etc)

Responsibilities:

• Hours are Friday-Sunday (typically)
• Pick-up of Stocked Company Fleet Vehicle from Nicholasville Warehouse
• Set up Sales Booth On-Site
• Print & Sell Official Event Apparel for Customers

Compensation:

• $150 Minimum Per Day OR 8%-9% Commission (whichever is greater)
• Hotel Expenses Covered
• Full Gas Reimbursement
• Paid Mileage (after 90 miles distance)
• Referral Bonuses of $200/referral
