D.I.D Electrical is looking for a reliable warehouse dispatcher to prepare and manage DPD dispatch for customer orders from within our central Warehouse.

• Organize & Maintain the customer order area
• Pick available stock from the central Warehouse to dispatch customer orders
• Send Tracking correspondence to Customers via Magento and email.
• Identify damaged items and re-source replacements
• Update Notes on orders regarding any changes or movement of stock
• Be fully in control of stock movement in/out of warehouse for online orders.
• Communicate with Management and Warehouse personnel regarding stock movements
• To report any accidents/incidents to the Manager.
• To maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety legislation as well as other legislation requirements.(HACCP, hygiene and housekeeping)
• Be flexible and available as the business requires.

Skills required

• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Communication Skills
• PC Literate

This is a full time role. The candidate is required to be fully flexible.
