This position is based out of downtown Salt Lake City, UT 84102.

Job description:

OnSite Care seeks a Dermatology Advanced Practitioner to provide skin cancer screenings to the employees and dependents of Salt Lake City. The time commitment is 8 hours per month (two 4-hr days). Basic job duties include:

• Full-body exams for skin cancer screening.
• Cryotherapy for minor actinic keratosis and related skin conditions.
• Educate patients on skin cancer risks and preventive measures.
• Recommend consultation or referral as applicable.
• Two 4-hr sessions per month, held at the Midtown Employee Clinic and Salt Lake City departmental sites.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted state NP/PA License and Federal DEA Registration are required.
• 3-5 years experience in the clinical detection and advisement of suspicious skin lesions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• BLS/ACLS Certification is required.
