Parts Specialist

Responsible for providing parts and merchandise to customers and the service department with exceptional customer service.

• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.
• Interact with the service team to coordinate parts for equipment repairs and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.
• Receive, check in, and stock parts in appropriate areas so they are readily available when needed.
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment, process credit cards or charge to customer accounts.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.

Ideal person:

• Previous parts sales experience required. Understand basic ag equipment components and systems.
• Ag Equipment Dealership parts experience is a plus.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
