Position Summary:


Busy executive currently looking for an upbeat, tech savvy, hardworking, willing-to-learn individual with a "Can-do" attitude!

Responsibilities:


Provide necessary support to CEO as needed.

  • Work closely with the CEO on a one to one basis
  • Help maximize CEO time by schedules and handling secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Making appointments on behalf of the CEO organizing their daily schedule.
  • Taking minutes/ notes as needed
  • Acting as a liaison to the clients, suppliers, and other staff members.
  • Sending and receiving emails texts on behalf of the CEO.
  • Arrange travels, visas, hotel reservations.
  • Assist with event planning, preparation and execution
  • Various personal errands including but not limited to picking up lunch, dry cleaning, groceries, pharmacy errands, etc.


Qualifications:


  • The right candidate will have prior experience working for a private principal or in a luxury hospitality management role. The Personal Assistant will work together with other Executive Assistants to ensure schedule coordination. Successful candidates will enjoy managing all the details of both intimate and large-scale events. The candidate must be comfortable working in a home with pets. The candidate must be familiar with the area and have a valid driver's license.


Schedule:


  • This is a full-time, year-round position, generally five days/week. Some evening/weekends will be required.
