Our role will be offered on a hybrid working schedule in order to give the successful applicant the ability to work from home and from the office. This role sits within a team of 6 and will report to the Team Leader while being part of a wider team of 25 colleagues within our Marsh Personal Lines department.

This role will offer someone the chance to join a global firm, learn various lines of insurance, get support to attain CIP/MDI/ACII exams and will open the chance to progress into other areas within the Marsh business in the future.

We will rely on you to:

• Work within the Insurance household insurance team
• Be responsible for renewal processing and other related administration duties
• Administration of home policies
• Deal with client enquiries
• Update and monitor daily statistics
• Administration of client post
• Comply with company and statutory requirements

What you will need to have:

• Minimum Competency Code 2011 Retail Financial Product Categories 4 & 5 (personal and Commercial General Insurance)
• Experience working in Personal Lines
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent customer care
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to meet targets
• Attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and motivational fit
• Ability to work agreed overtime each month
