Pharmacy Technician
Location: 100 Deputy Dean Miera Dr SW Albuquerque nm 87151
Duration: Weeks: 14 (temp to Perm)
Pay rate: $23 - $27/hr. W2
Shift: 06:00 AM 10:30 PM (30min meal)
Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
Responsibilities of Pharmacy Technician.
- Accepting written prescriptions or refill requests from patients and evaluating information for completeness and accuracy.
- Recording medical histories while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Verifying the accuracy of patient information.
- Counting prescription medication, filling prescriptions, and typing and attaching medication labels.
- Performing inventory audits and purchasing supplies and medication.
Requirements for Pharmacy Technician
- At least a year of experience required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) State License or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- BLS/CPR
- COVID Card
