Seeking dynamic Physical Therapist who remains current with latest research and is interested in a leadership role as Clinical Director. Open to Partnership/ownership.

Caribou Physical Therapy. PC is celebrating 25 yrs of service in the Bonner County community. Established in 1997 we are the longest running therapy clinic in town with an awesome reputation. PT owned and operated.

Two Outpatient clinics: Sandpoint and Hope. Both are situated on 50-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille with Schweitzer Mountain Resort in back yard. Consistently voted one of the top physical therapy clinics by the community.

We offer PT services in general Orthopedics, Neuro, Sports and Aquatic Therapy. Currently expanding holistic care with the development of wellness, athletic training, exercise, and dance classes, medical massage.

*Responsibilities* In addition to treating patients, the clinic director will share responsibilities with clinic owner for marketing, budgeting, engaging with the community and referral sources. Upholds the reputation of the clinic with patient satisfaction, management of other staff and clinics, participating and spear heading new programs in wellness and exercise.

*Qualifications* Licensed Physical Therapist who is or will be licensed in Idaho. Experience in orthopedic outpatient. Desire to become part of the community. Strong leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
