Job description

Responsibilities:

- Prep art files accurately according to job cards and additional direction given by CSR’s in timeline outlined by upper management.

- Able to ensure the format and layout of text and images are correct for flexographic and digital printing.

- Pre-flight and troubleshoot client files.

- Proofread all files and proofs against customer approvals.

- Backup files in prepress

- Give technical support to sales reps and customers regarding art files received or designed

- Must follow all procedures outlines by QA and upper management

- Design and prep art files that will print accurately and will meet or exceed customer specifications

- Work directly with customers and sales to design end products specified by client.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

- MAC experience a must!

- Minimum 2 years of production prepress experience

- Experience with computer-based troubleshooting

- Good vision and ability to focus on fine print and color.

- Excellent customer care

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Organized and detailed individual

- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
