A Portsmouth, NH manufacturing client with a friendly and lively culture is looking to add a Product Support Associate to their team! This full-time opportunity is responsible for assisting customers and vendors with product installation and troubleshooting via phone. If you have prior customer service or call center experience and enjoy solving problems, consider this Product Support Associate position.
Responsibilities of the Product Support Associate
- Remotely assist vendors in product installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Record customer interactions
- Identify areas of improvement
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Product Support Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer support or call center experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and learn new skills
- Good organizational skills
- Technology-inclined
- Ability to listen and communicate in writing and verbally
