Summary
The Project manager will oversee the day-today activities of the operations team, ensuring that they are performing efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling inspections of all new leads that come in same day.
- Completing inspections with customer within 48 hours of lead received.
- Documenting and uploading photos of inspections and work in progress in encircle and dash (CRM).
- Providing an inspection report with supporting communication.
- Prepare estimate and budge based on visual inspection on the current company template provided or utilizing Xactimate software.
- Submitting proposal within 48 hours of visual inspection completed.
- Email proposal to the customer including the account executive representative.
- Oversee all the jobs and subcontractors for quality control, efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure scope of work is being followed as per contract to ensure accurate timelines are being achieved.
- Coordinate all work duties in the field and schedules with all personnel including subs if needed.
- Emailing a daily report to customer of work in progress including the account executive representative.
- Ensure a certification of satisfaction is obtained on all projects and submitted.
- Perform walk-thru and correct deficiencies prior to having final walk-thru with client.
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment.
- Track and maintain documentation for all subcontracted work.
- Submit job expenses as soon as they are incurred.
- Continuously look for ways to make the jobs more profitable.
- Input notes in Dash with a copy of email communications and a written summary of the conversation with the customer.
- Input all documents (budgets and proposals) to Dash and input proposal amount in accounting information.
- Utilizing TSheets to ensure time management on the field in the office or from home.
- Securing all approved signed contracts and deposits prior to commencing work in accordance with company policies.
- Inputting the dates in dash to show the stage of the jobs.
- Maintain & develop new relationships with subcontractors, suppliers & vendors.
- Update and maintain Shared Calendar when on the field.
- Be able to provide an exact cost to date on all work in progress at any given time.
- Perform other related duties as assigned my management.

Technical Qualification
Knowledge of MS Office, databases and spreadsheets.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- High School diploma required. Some college preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm including attending any after hour on call emergencies and weekends. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company. Travel may be required if assistance is needed during hurricane season or any large losses occur.
Employees are solely responsible for their time management and clocking in and out within appropriate programs. This is a requirement in order to ensure proper documentation of hours worked.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work long hours, use equipment and climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, etc. The employee will be required to carry up to 50 pounds. the employee is frequently standing, walking, using hand and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hand and arms. the employee is required to talk and listen have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills, including working in all types of weather and environments.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. this job operates on the field predominantly within luxury condos, commercial businesses and residential buildings. Due to the nature of the work, often the job sites will be dirty, possible cold or wet and sometimes unsanitary. Every effort is made to protect our employees using PPE and other safety precautions.
