Job Title: Project Manager, Audit

This team is committed to utilizing core competencies, leveraging shared knowledge and experience, and continuing professional growth through completion of the Annual Audit Plan and staying abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and compliance requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and implement audit programs that is in line with the initial risk assessments conducted as well as perform the detailed review of Senior and Staff Auditor work for audit projects. The projects will include operational, financial, and areas of significant impact and strategic importance to the company.
• Evaluate control deficiencies for potential impact and perform root cause analysis to determine appropriate management remediation actions in according with relevant standards and Company policy. Ensure quality of the audit reports and other deliverables.
• Develop, supervise and guide audit staff in a team atmosphere.
• Act as liaison with the external auditors to coordinate audit project work schedules and reliance testing.
• Participate in annual audit plan development which encompasses interpreting relevant financial data and inherent risks.
• Act as liaison with the divisional Business Governance teams and management.
• Provide advice and counsel to management on internal control matters.
• Perform or assist with special project / investigations as assigned.
• This position requires up to 25% travel to various Brunswick Corporation locations within and outside the United States
