Receptionist ($70k-$75k)
A leading real estate firm is looking to hire a detail-oriented Receptionist to support their driven and dynamic team.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, a bachelor’s degree, and top-notch organization and customer service skills.
Duties of the Receptionist will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for the office
- Greeting and directing guests and clients appropriately
- Handling all incoming phone calls
- Maintaining the conference room calendar and arranging meeting setup
- Overseeing mail deliveries and distributing as needed
- Administering filing and scanning
- Providing ad-hoc project assistance and back-up support to other departments
