MAXIMUS Federal Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated program leader to serve as a Regional Manager for a large and complex program.
Job Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce reporting and requirements- Create profiles for new Medical Experts (MEs) in Salesforce.
- Add Invoicing information to MEs profile in Salesforce.
- Add invoicing information to cases in Salesforce for historical purposes.
- Edit Salesforce user profiles and reporting requirements; including drop downs and additional fields.
- Serve as back up for Regional Manager for entering cases and audits when necessary.
- Create reports that are submitted daily to internal contacts and monthly with the Clients, reports include:
- Invoicing
- Daily Scheduled Case
- Monthly Fulfillment Rates
- Ad Hoc requests
- Streamline reporting when possible
- Manage invoicing processes for both internal finance and the Client
- Organize incoming call orders into their respective folder for each individual Operations Hearing Office (OHO).
- Sign completed call orders and submit to OHO in a timely manner
- Request missing call orders and amendments to call orders as necessary.
- Retrieve call orders and submit invoices (when required) via Client’s invoicing portal, HACPS.
- Manage of all of the payments needed to be sent to Finance for work completed by Medical Experts by creating an Excel database that organized all completed cases into each respective Month tab.
- Update excel database to ensure finance has accurate information for invoicing.
- Establish an open line of communication with Maximus Finance & Accounting Sr. Manager to streamline payment process and expedited unresolved payments issues when needed.
- Establish relationship with Provider Relations Manager and Procurement and Vendor Management team to help set up Medical Experts in Coupa.
- Answer questions from Medical Experts (MEs) regarding payment for completed work.
- Submit call orders for Finance so they can prepare Invoice documents.
- Send Invoice documents to each respectively OHOs.
- Review and audit finance report to keep track on how much money was coming in and out. Provided reports to Senior Management regarding payments to Agencies.
- Work in partnership with Regional Manager and Scheduling Manager on a daily basis to ensure all operational aspects of the project were running smoothly, such as completed cases for invoicing, payments for MEs were being issued so they can get scheduled for future cases.
- Provide assistance to all departments regarding reports and excel issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years experience
- Deliver a single large project or multiple smaller projects at the same time.
- Make informed decisions and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Recommend innovative methodologies, techniques, and criteria for projects.
- Knowledge of workflows and project mapping.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Communicate updates and project status effectively and efficiently.
