We are looking for a ROCK STAR who can partner with our Administrator and LPN to coordinate the care provided by staff for our Memory Care residents. The RCC will demonstrate a solid work ethic, thoughtful decision-making, team work and supportiive communication. We are looking for applicants who are comfortable working in environments that are full of activity, enjoy working with individuals with dementia, and are capable of treating everyone around them with respect.

Responsibilities:

• Assist LPN and Administrator to schedule and coordinate Care Conferences;
• Develop and attend to staffing schedule to maintain adequate staffing to meet both the scheduled and unscheduled needs of our residents
• Train and mentor new Medication Technicians and Caregivers so they are successful and our residents have a consistant quality care team
• Cover caregiving and/or medication passing shifts as needed due to staff illness, vacation and/or vacancy
• Communicate positively with residents, families, visitors and agencies to ensure the resident's needs are being met and Community practices are being followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• At least 2 years' experience passing Medications.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• FA and CPR Certification (Required)
