The KJSS Restaurant group is a group of four incredibly popular dining concepts spread across NINE LOCATIONS in Nassau, Suffolk, and Stamford CT. We have been in business for 12 years, and have built a stellar reputation for quality food, superlative guest service, and fun, engaging atmospheres.

We are currently seeking dynamic hospitality leaders for several of our busy, progressive restaurants in both Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Qualifications For FLOOR MANAGERS:

-5+ Years in a sit-down restaurant or bar environment

-3+ Years experience in Hospitality leadership (as a keyholder, floor manager, shift manager, bar manager, etc.)

-Superlative leadership in scheduling, guest service, table touches, beverage inventory, staff supervision, etc.

-Superlative empathy skills.

-Must be ready and willing to work a 40-50 hour work week (two days off per week).
