JOB TITLE: Risk Analyst – {AJ6424814}

DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Risk Analyst in New York, NY to identify credit deterioration on assigned portfolio, determining impairment of exposures and recommending Loan Loss Provisions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience evaluating credit and financial risks across diverse industries and geographies, including country risk, political risk, commodity prices development, macroeconomic outlook and FX movements for Latin America. Must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience analyzing financial ratios and performing peer and historical comparisons; interpreting financial indexes and ratios and assessing clients’ historical creditworthiness; utilizing financial analysis methodologies including cash flow projections and performing company valuation (DCF, Multiples) and financial projections; implementing regulatory requirements (USA, EU and LatAm) regarding banking products and their classification; performing market analysis of stock prices, CDS movements, and liquidity analysis of securities; implementing traditional banking products including Term Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities, Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export finance structures, and Financial Supply Chain suite of products; working with derivative products and negotiating ISDA and GMRA; assessing risk characteristics of vanilla and complex derivative products including FX Forwards, NDF, Interest Rate Swaps, Cross-Currency Swaps, Repos, and basic Options; assessing risk on M&A transaction financings. Salary: $156,333 - $200,000/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program. #DNI
