We have an exciting opportunity on our Natural Team for a Sales Analyst, Sprouts located remote with a preference of Broomfield, CO. Ownership of reports for internal and customer teams. Host weekly / monthly connect calls with key contacts. Analyze customer performance to inform and support sales team in accurately managing the business. Pull customer data, track results, and perform analysis that provide insights required to deliver command and control. Input sales/customer information into data systems and reports. Support sales teams with administrative tasks.
- Gather data and perform analyses to support sales team in managing the business
– Own the monthly data pull for the customer category scorecard including volume, distribution, bump charts and financial reporting.
– Utilize syndicated, panel, or customer data to analyze the business, understand business trends, and provide a point of view on solutions
– Analyze forecast data from internal and external sources.
– Provide CBMs insight on unique ways of working together; to include New Item/Assortment/Distribution resources, distributor data and other resources.
– Deliver on ad hoc requests for additional sales needs regarding data pulls, presentation development, etc.
– Be the lead working with cross functional supply partners
– Summarize and communicate Supply updates
– Summarize and communicate Category and New Item updates
- Input information for sales teams into systems
– Help with process for entering in new item forecasts into Kantar and reporting needed for cross functional teams.
– Help with Customer system submission process for Promotional Contracts, utilizing internal systems and Distributor Dashboards.
– Be the lead for IX ONE image data base management About you
- 4 year business degree or work related experience
- 0 to 2 years work experience
- Strong organization skills
- Understanding of trade systems/deduction management
- Analytical skills and ability to analyze data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideally some CPG experience
- 10% travel time

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
