ROLE SUMMARY:
In the POS Coordinator role, primary duties are receiving incoming POS, managing and tracking inventory of POS in PermaTrak, and overseeing the POS facility. This role will work closely with the District Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Sales Representatives to distribute POS for use in the market. In aiding the Special Events team, this role will help with event set-up, event staff, and delivery of products and POS.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Lead the delivery process of incoming Point of Connection Material
  • Take inventory, and match with orders placed by Marketing Manager/Marketing
  • Coordinate Point of Connection Material in warehouse by brand
  • Place all inventoried Point of Connection Material into Permatrak
  • Manage Permatrak requests and stage Point of Connection Material for reps to pick up
  • Keep up with inventory of entire warehouse and align with Permatrak
  • Communicate new and outdated Point of Connection Material to Graphics Supervisor
  • Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor & Key Account Managers with any special Point of Connection Material needs or allocations
  • Locally communicate Point of Connection Material that needs to be moved to Graphics Supervisor
  • Assist team with hanging neon's, cooler wraps, event Point of Connection Material, and any other Point of Connection Material special projects that need additional support

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Broad understanding of wholesaler go-to-market strategies and a deep understanding of the sales and delivery routing process
  • Strong analytical, communications and presentation skills using Microsoft Office proven strengths in project management, planning, sophisticated problem-solving and influence
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations
  • Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities
