Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the establishing, growing, and running the Sales Department. Sales manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who sell products or services to industrial or manual labor customers.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with industry news.
- Provide regular sales reports and accurately forecast future sales activity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the industrial or manual labor market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
