This role will be responsible for all aspects of the establishing, growing, and running the Sales Department. Sales manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who sell products or services to industrial or manual labor customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with industry news.
  • Provide regular sales reports and accurately forecast future sales activity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
