Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for A Plant Sales Representative for a large company based in Meath covering the Area of Leinster and Ireland

This is a Permanent position and an excellent opportunity to join an exciting team

The hours for this role is Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

The successful candidate will promote and sell a range of access equipment and plant machinery to existing customers and also be required to develop new business.

You will be required to

• Visit customer sites on a regular basis maintaining and building relationships
• Contact customers to review their requirements
• Grow customer base by adding new customers and follow up sales leads by visiting construction sites and other sectors.
• Quote customers over the phone and by e-mail for hire rates
• Work towards targets set in weekly Sales Meetings
• Carry out customer site visits to identify the correct machine for hire
• Promote and sell all Plant Hires services, hire and sales, haulage training and maintenance

Candidate

Positive attitude able to work with others and also have the ability to work on their own initiative.

Ideally have 2-3 years sales experience in a related sector.

Sales and customer focused with strong account management skills

Knowledge of access machines and plant equipment majority being Telescopic loaders and excavators will be a distinct advantage

Strong PC skills with an excellent telephone manner

Full, clean driving licence is required, mobile phone and company vehicle is supplied
