- Coordinate the procurement and sale of samples with production, sales, project management and engineering teams
- Utilize SAP to receive incoming shipments, process orders, create shipping documents and purchase orders.
- Work happens in a fast past environment where prioritizing tasks is key to job success
- Supporting internal / external meetings and workshop / planning meetings
- Maintain an audit compliant process across multiple customer teams
- Support annual book and inventory audits
- Utilize SAP and skillset to manage inventory within tolerances
- Proxy for other team Sample Coordinators as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-3 years experience with global supply chain and shipping and receiving operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical, logistics, business administration or communication fields
- 2+ years of automotive experience
- 2+ years of SAP experience
- Use of MS Office tools (Excel a priority)
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Understands global supply chain and shipping & receiving operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
- Fluent in English / optional: knowledge of German is helpful
- Global shipping experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, influencing interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Strong financial oriented mindset
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive / implement and drive new topics with teams across multiple disciplines
