• Coordinate with builder, installer, and internal teams to ensure timely and correct manufacturing and delivery of goods.
• Gather information for orders from customer's sources.
• Work within a team to cross train.
• Build job packets.
• Maintain the scheduling system and calendar.
• Request and verify purchase orders from customers.
