Coupa is growing its data analytics team in Dublin and is looking for an ambitious, confident and results-focused person to join us and help with our continuing growth strategy.
How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day
- Drive strategic reporting initiatives for the EMEA Go-To-Market and back-office functions through data advisory & technical analytics.
- Lead and participate in the ongoing development and support of enterprise-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and models.
- Provide operational recommendations based on data insights to back office and Go-To-Market partners.
- Use multiple data sources to deliver insights on various analytical projects and assignments.
- Capture business requirements to scope and deliver analytics requests within project timelines
- Collaborate with data engineering to improve data infrastructure and BI service model
- Support the development and evolution of the organization's analytical process.
- Solve data quality issues and perform quality checks on reporting work.
- Support “ad-hoc” analytical and operations related projects as deemed necessary by supporting manager/operations team.
What you Will Bring to Coupa
- Experience in advanced analytics, data warehouse platforms and corporate business analytics.
- Experienced in delivering analytical insights to Business Operations, Go-to-Market and/or Finance teams.
- Ability to translate quantitative data into practical business recommendations and communicate complex data concepts to both senior and junior levels within the organisation.
- Exceptional written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL. Python experience is a plus.
- Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo etc. Dbt experience a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel.
- Problem solver with a strong bias for action.
- Hands-on: willingness to roll up your sleeves on all projects regardless of scope.
