Job description
- Build, scale and lead a high performing sales enablement team responsible for Lead Gen, Direct Sales, Partners Sales, client-facing assets for customer product training, as well as internal training system operational enablement.
- Identifying and prioritizing the development needs in the Go-To-Market teams to ensure continuous development and up-skilling of those individuals.
- Leads sales enablement team to ensure readiness of all client facing roles through development of enablement programs from onboarding to continuous training based on quality and skills enhancement.
- Governs and communicates sales methodologies, best practices, and processes aligned with a unified global sales framework and go-to-market approach.
- In partnership with the business, develops and implements a sales training strategy to ensure relevant and customer aligned skill building and improvement.
- Lead training and onboarding for all new sales hires and conduct ongoing trainings in alignment with updated initiatives and best practices.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts across the organization to regularly update training content to support the sales team; including, but not limited to, product training, sales certifications, and other go to market initiatives.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement within the sales team.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement sales enablement initiatives to support sales targets.
- Implement assessments and monitor KPIs across functional trainings, onboarding programs, product trainings, knowledge management and sales target achievement to determine success of the program.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum that aligns with core competencies supporting the overall business strategy.
- Develop and execute a curriculum road map with strategic imperatives to include short and long-term objectives with key stakeholders to evolve the training continuum.
- Engage senior leaders to identify, prioritize and execute skill development for their respective teams.
- Measure and monitor the impact of training on the business and for continued process improvement.
- Facilitate learning sessions for newly hired team members and help assess the individual results and overall effectiveness of the delivered training.
- 10+ years of experience in sales training and enablement as well 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Have designed, built and delivered Sales Enablement Programs and training.
- Ability to design, implement and deliver training & development programs.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization preferred.
- SaaS sales experience is a plus.
- Experience and understanding of B2B sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of sales content distribution and learning management systems
- Experience working with diverse, global teams strongly preferred.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to manage a varied set of responsibilities and to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, attention to detail and judgment

Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Colorado $157,300 - $259,500 [annually]
Washington $157,300 - $286,900 [annually]
California $157,300 - $314,200 [annually]
NYC $173,900 - $314,200 [annually]
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
