The Role
The team is looking for an energetic team member for the IT Portfolio and Business Management team in the Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations organization. We have a passion for becoming experts on new tools and processes along with coaching others to success. As part of Strategy, Planning and Product Enablement, our team is critical to the rollout and adoption of Portfolio Practices across Fidelity as well as supporting operational functions of the organization including strategic planning and workforce prioritization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Hands on experience with administration of JIRA, JIRA Align required.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Concepts required.
- Data manipulation and visualization skills required including dashboards such as Power BI, Tableau required.
- Intermediate level Excel skills required.
- SQL, MS Word, PowerPoint, Confluence and SharePoint preferred
- Strong change management skills
- Operate with a “can-do” demeanor within a dynamic and frequently changing organization.
- Advanced facilitation skills to deliver focused knowledge transfer for Domain and Agile Team Leaders
- Superb interpersonal and leadership skills working with business partners and end users across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to cultivate support, lead change, and help drive acceptance across the organization.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team to deliver results.
The Team
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will work closely with leadership and end users within the Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations organization to enable real-time transparency of work through the implementation and adoption of agile tools. This includes but is not limited to tools administration and configuration, facilitation of agile tools training sessions, leading weekly Transparency Office Hours, setting data governance policies, and creating dashboards as required for data visualization. You will bring a global mindset and have a high comfort level working with and orchestrating across distributed teams. A structured and organized approach together with data analytics and visualization skills will be keys to success.
