We at Rocksalt are delighted to be seeking Senior Waiting Staff to join our team across all our sites, Blackrock, Dundalk and Carlingford.

RockSalt Café began in August 2018, following months of planning & construction on what was the famous Danny Hughes Seaside Shop in Blackrock, Co. Louth. Rocksalt aims to offer our customers the high values of customer care, service and attention to detail with unique foodie twists. We strive to create a fantastic atmosphere, food and service culture with all the key elements of a 5-star hotel or restaurant but in a more casual and welcoming environment for both customers and teams. In February 2020 Rocksalt opened its second location on Dundalk’s Earl Street, while also building an outside catering element to the business throughout 2021. In 2022, we expanded to our third site in Carlingford Marina with further plans for expansion in 2023 and beyond.

About the role

This role is designed for someone who has a passion for customer service, attention to detail and most importantly the customer. The role will entail -

• Providing our customer with a 5-star experience,
• Helping to exceed our guests customer expectations,
• Helping us continue to implement and improve our service standards and attention to detail.

About you

Great Senior Waiting Staff will love hospitality, and have a genuine passion for people, food, coffee and service with a desire to learn and be the best they can be.

• Great communication skills
• Courage to show your confidence
• You will often need to multitask; therefore, a hard-working attitude is key.
• Barista or excellent coffee skills will be of major advantage to the role
• Most importantly be positive, promote an excellent working environment and want to learn, develop and meet some great people along the way.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €12.00 per hour
