As an Automotive Service Advisor you are expected to:
Treat every guest with dignity and respect. The cornerstone of our service team program is for our team to build relationships with our guests. We are "your friend in the car business!"

Assist our guests in servicing their vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Be the vehicle expert. You need to be responsible to know and understand what the customer concerns really are.

Perform high-quality and professional interactions with our guests in service while maintaining a high level of service selling

Complete communication with our guests while their car is being serviced

Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

Direct report to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Follow our service lane processes and attend all training meetings

Qualifications

You must be available to work flexible hours & Saturdays

You must be a great communicator, both in person and through technology

You must be literate, or able to learn, basic computer and app functions

You must have:
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
