What is a Shift Lead?
Our Shift Lead set the tone for our stores and play a pivotal role in setting our Crew and Stores up for success. Shift leads are responsible for motivating and communicating the Wings Over vision to all Crew Members, as well as coaching in the moment. Our bread and butter is late nights and weekends – the right candidate will have availability during these times. Overtime is available!
Day in the life:
- Promote a FUN and productive work environment!
- Demonstrates knowledge of core products and processes to get results.
- Leads with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over.
- Assists GM with providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve performance.
- Remains calm and collected, works to keep the store operating to the Wings Over standard through timely delegation.
- Communicates information and ideas to the GM to promote store growth and a positive work environment.
- Helps deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean and organized and coaches team to do the same
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Ensures team members adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Leads shifts and enforces company policy and procedure.
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Motivates crew to achieve top performance.
- Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the general manager.
- Intakes deliveries from vendors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
