Job description
Fairfield Park Apartments in St. Pauls, North Carolina is looking for a part-time Site Manager (30-Hrs/wk). The position requires intermediate computer skills, excellent customer service, organization, and communication. The ideal candidate will possess the willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities. HUD experience is a plus. Job details include cultivating and engaging new and/or potential tenants, working with tenants and managing company, coordinating scheduled services with staff, complete lease signing and renewals with tenants, ensuring tenants comply with their lease agreement, and other administrative tasks.
