• • Troubleshoot data and code related issues for a 24/7 production application across a complex system landscape with multiple inbound and outbound data interfaces.
• • Identify the root cause of Production problems and perform corrective action with minimal assistance.
• • Identify database and network issues.
• • Develop scripts to solve SQL, network, data and Windows Services issues using scripting languages such as SQL, PowerShell, and Python.
• • Troubleshoot SQL job related issues (Stored Procedures and SSIS packages).
• • Provide creative solutions to technical problems, taking into account not only the issue at hand but also any related areas requiring attention.
• • Create and modify technical documentation including system flow diagrams and operational and system level documentation.
• • Provide guidance and mentoring to Tier 1 support personnel.
• • Interpret system health monitoring data.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.
• • Maintain and update applications and ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across organization.
• • Collaborate with co-located and remote technical staff.
• • Assist in developing and documenting best practice procedures and ensuring compliance across environments.
