About the Role:
As Sitecore continues to grow we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager CCSO Operations (Chief Customer Success Officer) to join the new CCSO Operations Office, based out of Dublin, Ireland. The CCSO operations office is responsible for driving and supporting critical projects and initiatives tied to all revenue activities for a global sales team. The Senior Manager will be a key role in the CCSO Operations team, primarily supporting the CCSO and Sales Presidents.
What You’ll Do:
- Take the lead in the project management of all strategic sales reporting and projects including GTM and Financial Year planning.
- Serve as a change agent by creating processes and driving efficiencies across the Strategic Sales Teams.
- Actively participate in all Strategic Sales strategy, planning and GTM meetings.
- Manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders and support and collaborate with colleagues across the business, at all levels of the organization.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3 years + previous experience working in a similar role (Strategic Sales operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations) in a high-growth, SaaS company.
- In depth knowledge of B2B SaaS Sales, Customer Success and Renewals and possess familiarity with GTM metrics and a deep knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce reporting.
- You have previously managed GTM or financial year planning for a Revenue based function including: quota distribution, comp plan creation, territory alignment and operational planning.
- You consider yourself a self-starter and thrive at solving problems and driving action in a fast-paced environment; navigating ambiguity and complexity to deliver results.
- You possess a willingness to help out wherever needed, no matter the size of the task, with creative thinking, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of 6Sense, Qualify, Pardot or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of the MarTech eco system and digital experience platforms (DXPs) would be a distinct advantage.
- You’re motivated to dive into the data to understand different facets of the business and identify key trends and actionable insights.
