Seeking Baristas for a Starbucks licensed store located within Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. We are looking for dedicated, energetic individuals with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, helping to increase sales, and to develop and grow their team.

This position would entail working the floor to support store operations, deliver legendary guest service, and help drive consistent sales growth. Candidates would be expected to be a part of a team of up to 8 baristas throughout scheduled shifts each day; must possess exceptional guest relations experience, be capable of multitasking in a very high paced environment, and leading by example to execute and uphold all Starbucks standards with their team.

Prior Starbucks experience is preferred, but not required. Offering competitive wages and benefits, along with tremendous opportunities for advancement and growth.
