Overview:
An opportunity has arisen within the daa Talent Acquisition team for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. The role holder will manage and consult on all aspects of the end-to-end hiring process for assigned roles and campaigns. He/she will play a lead role in supporting projects aimed at promoting our employer brand, & EVP both internally and externally. This role will be appointed on a personal contract basis and will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.


This role will be offered as a 12-month contract assignment.

Qualifications:
  • Ideally minimum 3-4 years recruiting experience - inhouse or agency
  • Third level degree qualified
  • Recruitng for technical roles would be a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrated project management experience with focus on ownership, detail and follow through
  • Strong and proven stakeholder management skills with a commitment to delivering a high level of service to customers at all levels across the business.
  • Good judgement, patience, resilience and flexibility to adapt and respond to the changing needs of the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting, supporting & influencing at all levels across the business
  • Solutions focused with a “can do” attitude
  • Third level degree in a relevant discipline desirable
  • Experience working with social media tools a distinct advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal partners (HR BP, IHR, Reward and other relevant business units) to ensure a high-quality experience for the hiring manager and candidates.
  • Lead key campaigns for 2022 intake including any booster campaigns.
  • Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities (recruitment fairs etc.) to secure top candidates. Support ongoing out-reach strategies with colleges, universities and other relevant bodies.
  • Agree project plan with hiring manager for assigned campaigns ensuring each stage of the recruiting process is managed in a professional and timely manner. Manage end-to-end administration associated with campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of SLA’s with our third-party recruitment partner and support initiatives with our recruiting partner to attract best fit candidates for frontline roles
  • Ensure the voice of the customer; industry benchmarks and best practice are incorporated into recruitment & selection processes.
  • Support the implementation of HRIS as required.
