Tennessee"s #1 Home Improvement Company, American Home Design, is looking for a full-time In House-Talent Sourcer for our recruitment needs out of our Goodlettsville office supporting both our Middle and East Tennessee operations. We"re looking for a driven individual who can quickly identify talent and bring them onboard. This role would support the Recruitment Manager by providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of positions. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to, emailing, and interviewing potential candidates for interviews.

Job Description:

• Initiate communication via text, email, and phone calls to attract talent and schedule interviews
• Use search techniques and creative sourcing methods to uncover top-tier candidates
• Support recruiter on niche/hard-to-fill roles as directed
• Source resumes/profiles on various internet boards
• Call and evaluate candidates (passive and active)
• Create and monitor Social Media posts and Job Board ads
• Conduct reference checks on selected candidates
• Provide regular updates on the hiring process - internally and also with talent
• Work with new hires to complete the onboarding process in a timely manner
• Input new hires into a staffing database and actively update
• Work with new installers to obtain proper insurance

Experience:

Ideally experience with sourcing candidates by using various recruiting mediums. Prefer Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or another related field.

Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
