Compensation and

- Competitive pay, $11-$13/hr depending on qualifications
- Full-time shifts available or afternoon part-time shifts

Assistant/Floater Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in the following areas:
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
- Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence through creative lesson planning.
- Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and families.
- Maintain a professional commitment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an early childhood education center (preferred)
- Strong computer and technology skills. Previous experience with digital lesson planning tools and software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to be a part of a successful team working together!
