We are the developer infrastructure engineering team at ByteDance. We proudly serve billions of users across the world and thousands of engineers in ByteDance by building and supporting large-scale services, frameworks, tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of test infrastructure, that supports multiple development and production testing environments, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, novel debugging tools and a rich set of automated test suites.
• Research and convert state-of-the-art testing technology, such as those in fuzzing, test code generation, dynamic code analysis, to real products.
• Establish and maintain best practices for security, compliance, performance and cost optimization.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of code.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in test infrastructure and/or backend system design.
• 2+ years of experience as a tech lead or team leader.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
