Qualifications:

• Extremely high character and integrity.
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information.
• Strong technology skills and familiar with multiple phone platforms.
• One year of general customer service experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have 3 years driving experience and pass a driving history record check.
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply an appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office.
• Notary Public preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Technology Specialists typically work a 5-day work week of 40 hours.
• Monday through Saturday
• 8 Hour Shifts or as Required
• 2 Saturdays off per month
