JOB DETAILS

Duration:13 Weeks

Shift Times:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift Notes:40 Hour

No weekends/No on call requirements.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

CANDIDATES MUST LIVE OUTSIDE AR!

  • Outpatient PT Experience - Required
  • Sports and/or Orthopedic Rehab Experience
  • BLS (AHA) - Required
  • Can take Adult-Geriatric Patient Populatioon - Required
  • Arkansas PT License - Required OR Willing to obtain
  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy - Required
  • Covid Vaccine Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

  • Arkansas

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have AR license or be willing to obtain

  • Sports and/or Orthopedic Rehab: 1 year (Preferred)

  • BLS(AHA) Certification (Required)
  • Arkansas State License (Required)
