Job description
- The primary responsibility of this position is to perform a variety of education/training related tasks including education consulting, designing training materials, high school/college application, cooperate with other educational practices, design tutorials, collecting training data, designing training surveys, conduct needs assessment surveys, and give training sessions.
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of our clients.
- Create need assessment surveys to find out what aspects of the client needs to be trained.
- Develop role-based training programs according to each type of client and prepare teaching plans.
- Create, update and maintain training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, handouts, practice exercises and system documentation.
- Evaluate and revise training and development programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in each clients’ specific needs.
- Assist clients with high school or college application paperwork.
- Help clients evaluate their advantages and disadvantages, and assist them with their choice of schools to apply.
- Research and sort colleges in the database.
- Deliver training sessions regarding school application interviews.
- Research the market and keep the training materials up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, project managements and coordinating enrollment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Adult Education, or a related field; good knowledge of curriculum design, planning in learning, need assessment, and classroom management; authoring tool skills in PowToon.com and WeChat; proficient in editing and synthesizing videos using Adobe Premier; good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and good communication skills including written, presentation and speaking.
