Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Unity Representative is to provide service to guests at the Unity players club desk, including promoting and enrolling them in the Unity loyalty program, conducting redemption and transactions of Unity promotions, and answering questions about Unity or the property. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.

  • Assist guests with all requests, answers questions about Unity and PlayersEdge and address guest problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Explain the Unity Rewards program in detail, enroll guests in Unity, and redeem guests’ points or offers
  • Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of PlayersEdge to all guests
  • Manage member account information in the database system and issue Unity Rewards cards
  • Promote the Unity programs by explaining rewards and benefits to members and issue cards to approved members adhering to all applicable procedures
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Able to lead and mentor a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

    PREFERRED:

    • One (1) year of customer service experience
    • Knowledgeable of Player Tracker systems
    • Bilingual
