We are looking for an independent, flexible. resourceful cleaner or cleaning team to take care of our 2 bedroom (2 Queens, 2 twin, 1 pull-out couch/ 2 bathroom vacation rental cottage in Elmira, Michigan.

No pets are allow at this property.

We are looking for someone who is:

1. Reliable, with dependable transportation (You can follow the varying cleaning schedule.)

2. Able to clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment. (We provide the cleaning supplies.)

3. Excellent, quick Communicator (s) via text, phone and/or email.

Trust-worthy (you are in someone's home)

4. The weekly schedule varies from 0-3 cleans/week.

5. When you are scheduled to prep the property for the incoming guests, you will have a 5 hour window, between 11a-4pm to complete the preparation (cleaning, laundry, cleaning/straightening outside)

6. Resourceful (You can tighten a door knob, or at least let us know something needs to be fixed). Checking and changing the propane tank between guests is essential.

7. Able to wash the linens & towels at the home in the washer/dryer. We will supply the laundry soap/dryer sheets.

8. Cleaning/straightening of the outside furniture + grill is required each clean (Landscaping is not required.) . Garbage is to be bagged and taken to the road every week.

9. Follow basic smart phone/ipad technology with provided lists for your cleans.

Bottom line: The position requires you to be our eyes and ears for this property. It isn't just a standard cleaning position. It requires flexibility and a keen eye for detail. This position pays $25/hour--up to $125 per 5 hour clean.
