IMA Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and patient acquisition.

Responsibilities:

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the following:

• 
  Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and professionals to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Regularly report on sales performance to the executive team, while offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement creative solutions that drive results.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, while managing and coaching a high-performing sales team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
