We are recruiting a Barista onsite in Copia Green. The hours of work will be mostly be Monday to Friday but full flexibility is needed

Candidates will require a strong Food & Beverage background to a minimum 4* level.

Key competencies are as follows:

• Responsible for the day to day service of all areas of the food & beverage operation.
• Ensure customers are provided with outstanding service.
• Adhere to opening and closing procedures according to policy.
• Adherance to food hygiene & health and safety issues.
• Adhere to cash management controls are followed by all staff.
• Ensure food quality & presentation are to the highest standards.
• To adhere to set standards within the restaurant, bar and meeting/banquet events.
• To keep records and work in an organised fashion focused on customer care, upselling and quality.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks & meet deadlines.
• Must possess effective oral & written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Salary: €10.50-€12.66 per hour
