What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving our culture forward by holding yourself and others accountable to achieve great results through alignment with Clickstop's Core Values and Code.
• Working efficiently to identify department workload, allocate resources, and determine goals based on labor hours
• Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work by way of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing that allows the company to be profitable and sustainable.
• Encouraging yourself and the team to achieve personal and team goals while celebrating wins, maintaining a positive and engaged workforce.
• Work to create and maintain a clean, safe, high performing work environment at all times.
• Executing excellent work while all safety measures are observed and abided by to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
• Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
• Promoting great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met by means of effective and respectful communication while managing multiple assignments effectively
• Staying familiar with all brands and ensuring quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.
• Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
• Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate at our South Carolina location, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.

• Minimum of 2-years' experience in a distribution center environment
• A team player with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience driving a forklift (OSHA10 – Forklift certification).
• An ability to analyze opportunities for efficiencies and make recommendations for improvements
