Job Details for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Full-Time Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30PM-12AM (Must train on 1st shift, 10AM-7PM for your first 4 weeks)
• Pay Rate: $21.50
• Health Benefits / Wellness Program / Overtime Pay

Job Responsibilities & Description for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Determine daily production requirements and plan accordingly.
• Delegate personnel to work areas.
• Ensure work is completed.
• Assist Plant Manager with month end inventory.
• Order supplies necessary for production.
• Enter production numbers into manufacturing computer system daily.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required.
• Select, orientate, and train employees.
• Educate and direct personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Evaluate Personnel performance.

Job Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Must have experience hiring, coaching, promoting, orienting, counseling, training, budgeting, disciplining, scheduling, directing, terminating, developing, and measuring performance.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of production leadership experience.
• Must be able to pass both a drug screening and background check.
• MANDATORY Overtime assigned on Saturdays.
