We’re growing our Web/Mobile Development Team in our St. Cloud, MN office!

“Simply put, what would I be doing?”

The Web/Mobile Developer (Application Team) is responsible for the development of custom, dynamic web applications for ATS’s intranet, extranet, and internet presence. The role requires the ability to assist in maturing the development processes and a focus on exceptional end user experience and support.

"What is needed to be successful?"

• A four year degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in developing database driven web applications preferably using ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript\Angular, and PHP.
• Familiar with other cross-platform frameworks such as Ionic/Cordova or Flutter.
• Experience with Hubspot and Java\JSF a plus.
• Experience building mobile-friendly web applications.
• Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
• Experience with mobile app development and releasing React native apps to iOS and Android app stores.
• Comfortable with occasional work in React native Android or iOS code.
• Familiarity with the Java/Spring ecosystem and Microservice design principles.
• Experience using React Native to build cross-platform mobile applications preferred.
• Exposure on one or more cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud).
• Advanced analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate an idea or need into a completed solution or work product.

“What's the scope of the opportunity?"

• Design, create and maintain the source code for numerous web and cross-platform mobile applications.
• Participate in the definition of mobile front-end architecture and organizational best practices.
• Design prototypes and coordinate development and application plans with the development team or business.
• Develop and execute unit and UI/UX test scenarios for developed integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Perform administrative tasks on developed technologies (solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements).
• Contribute to the creation/maintenance/adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and control processes for development practices.
• Participate in all aspects of solution delivery life cycle including analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, production deployment, and support.
• Apply standard mobile development patterns and practices to support designing and building of applications ensuring they are fit for purpose, secure, scalable and maintainable.
• Keep abreast with industry technologies and tools in iOS, Android and web domains.
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
