Summary:
Bethesda is looking for a positive and outgoing individual who finds joy in helping others reach their fitness goals! This position is responsible for instructing fitness classes, supporting members in completing their exercise programs, and assisting in member enrollment. This position also performs receptionist duties such as answering direct phone calls and taking messages, assisting with new member orientation, and greets and directs members and visitors.

Benefits:
- Benefit Program (for full-time employment) includes: Paid-Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K), Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability Coverage, and other voluntary benefits.
- Monthly sign-on bonus of $50 for 12 months for part-time, and $100 for 12 months for full-time!
Preferred Experience:
- Personal trainer certification
- 1-3 years of fitness instructor experience
- Additional training can be provided.
Scheduled Hours:
- Full-time or part-time hours available. No weekends or holidays!
