IMMEDIATE OPENING: LORAIN/AVON OHIO (Mondays at our Lorain clinic, Tuesdays and Fridays/Saturdays at our Avon clinic.

Part time 22-24 hours/week (3 days per week) Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays OR Saturdays

Our Chiropractic facility is seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic, individual to run our front desk. This individual is the first line of interaction with our company, and as such will be professional, highly organized, and able to accurately handle cash and charge transactions.

*THIS IS A SALES DRIVEN JOB- MUST BE COMFORTABLE PUSHING MEMBERSHIP SALES!* - NOT YOUR TYPICAL CHIROPRACTIC DOCTOR'S OFFICE - WE RUN BASED ON MEMBERSHIPS!!

Front Desk experience is a plus (especially selling gym memberships or tanning packages!!!), but we would be willing to train the right candidate.

Must be personable with excellent customer service skills.

Must be energetic, resourceful and highly organized with great multi-tasking skills.

Must be a team player and have a great work ethic.

You must be articulate with great verbal and written communication skills.

Greet and welcome patients; applicant will be courteous, efficient and friendly

Maintain tidiness of the reception and surrounding areas

Position Requirements:

• Experience presenting programs a plus; or operating within a sales environment.

• Intermediate computer skills with standard business applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet.

• Ability to work under pressure maintaining professionalism and strong communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks.

• Adaptive to changing priorities and the dynamics of a growing organization.
• Organized with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
