We have a multi-family residential community in NATCHEZ, MS and are seeking an EXPERIENCED Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician with an HVAC Certification.

Must also have Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall and Appliance repair knowledge. Job is 40% property maintenance and 60% HVAC. In the summer, job is 90% HVAC

The ideal candidate is dependable, a team player who is mechanically inclined.

• Ability to assure all work orders are completed on a daily basis.
• Willing to accurately document work performed on the work orders.
• Ability to inspect vacant units and complete make readies.
• Willing to to be available after hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have HVAC Certification
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must be able to respond to after hours emergencies
• Minimum of 2 years property maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years HVAC maintenance

Salary based on experience. We offer paid time off, health insurance, 401K and disability insurance. Waiting period may apply for benefits.
